How will I know my pickup time?

We confirm your pickup time and meeting point by WhatsApp or email the evening before your tour.

Until when can I book?

Most tours can be booked online until 20:00 the day before. For a later booking, message us on WhatsApp.

Do I need to print my voucher?

No — showing it on your phone is enough.

What if the tour is cancelled because of the weather?

You can move to another date or receive a full refund — your choice.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Can children join?

Age limits and child prices are shown on each tour page.

In which currency will I be charged?

Your card is charged the amount and currency shown at checkout.
